Shakespearean New Year's Resolutions, part 7

It’s New Year’s Eve! Time to check in with some of our favorite Shakespearean characters and see what resolutions they’re making for the new year.

And, just in case you need some resolution inspiration, here are past years’ installments. I’ve put them in reverse chronological order, so you can track the devolution of my artistic style.

2020 is going to be my SEVENTH year creating Good Tickle Brain! If Good Tickle Brain was a wizard, it would be preparing for its N.E.W.T. exams at Hogwarts. That’s insane. Thank you so much for reading and supporting my work over the years. Here’s to another year of Shakespeare silliness!

Shakespearean Christmas Carols, part 6

‘Tis season again! This year’s musical offering is not so much a “carol” as it is a “controversial beloved and hated winter-themed popular song”, but there you go. Enjoy!

I’ve collected the past five years’ worth of Shakespearean Christmas carols on the brand new Good Tickle Brain Holiday Songbook page, for your festive singing convenience.

I’m taking next week off for the holidays, but I’ll see you back here on New Year’s Eve! Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, Happy Holidays, Blessed Winter Solstice, and/or pleasant secular week-off to all of you!

Self-Worth

Burnout Recovery Week continues! Despite my best efforts, this is the flowchart that my mind uses regularly:

Thanks again to my supporters on Patreon, especially those at the $5-a-month and up tiers, who are subjected to self-therapy comics like this one on a weekly basis.

A Stick-Figure Hamlet should be back next week, just in time for the run-up to the holidays!

Burnout Canyon

Hey all! So, I totally burned myself out this past week. Like, “flaming husk of a car on the side of the highway” level of burnout. I blame Rosencrantz and Guildenstern.

Hopefully I’ll get my act together and have Hamlet back up and running next week. For the moment, here’s one of the (many) comics about burnout that I’ve drawn for my noble and generous Patreon supporters, who help take some of the weight off my shoulders.

Thanks for understanding!
